The Good News of Jesus Christ is still the power of God.

 

Lives are still being changed forever by the Gospel, they just need to be reached. The purpose of the church is summed up in the commission Christ gave His disciples just before He ascended to Heaven:

 

“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen” (Matthew 28:18–20).

 

At Bible Baptist, we still have a “GO AND TELL” mentality. We actively seek to take the Gospel into our local community in a variety of ways utilizing every willing person in our church. T.E.A.M. Soulwinning stands for “Train Every Available Member” and takes the Good News of Christ out through door-to-door soul winning, canvassing teams, sweetheart visits, sunshine visits, and new move-in visits. A great deal of additional outreach is done through our van ministry, couples’ soulwinning, THANKSliving outreach, and more! We invite you to come and be a part of this great mission.
