CHILDREN
Our BLAST Children’s Ministries are a safe, Christ-centered environment where your children can learn from the Word of God, cultivate respect for parents, and develop a love for God and others! Children tend to be open and tender-hearted toward the Lord and His Word. It is our desire to lay the foundation for their understanding in areas of Salvation, Growth, and Service.
We would love to have the opportunity to minister to your children! Here is what your kids can look forward to each week:

NURSERY
Our nursery facility is clean, secure, and staffed with friendly and trained volunteers. Parents can have peace of mind while they attend one of the adult Bible classes or the worship services.
Bible Baptist Church has implemented a number of safety features and security measures to ensure that your child will have a safe, enjoyable experience while you attend our services. Volunteers who work with children are carefully interviewed, screened, and trained.
Our goal is to take care of every child as if that child was our own.
Newborn – 2 Years Old
3 Years Old – Kindergarten
BEGINNER'S CHURCH
It is amazing how much your child will learn in these classes specifically tailored for children from three to five years old. They will come home singing new songs, quoting verses they have memorized, displaying their crafts, and sharing with you important truths they are learning from the Bible.
They will learn things like the importance of obedience, being kind, sharing, and even more important truths, like who Jesus is, and the fact that God loves them and made them for a unique purpose. The teachers and workers are trained, dedicated, compassionate, and excited to be a small part of the life of your child.
BLAST ZONE
3 Years – 6th Grade
BLAST Zone is a time for our kids to grow in Bible Learning and Spiritual Training in an explosively, exciting environment! BLAST Zone is staffed by some wonderful people at Bible Baptist who love kids and have a passion for teaching them how to have a relationship with the Lord.
Our BLAST Zone is divided by age group, and we are sure that your child will enjoy learning and playing with other children their age. The kids enjoy fun songs, Scripture memory, and powerful lessons from the Word of God. BLAST Zone teaches kids how to explore the world through God’s Word by using the Kids4Truth curriculum. Our highest goal in BLAST is to train children to effectively live for God. We believe this can be accomplished through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and intimate knowledge of Scripture. We also have a structured game time to allow children to expend energy and learn teamwork.
The program is for children ages 4 through the 6th grade. Each class has age-appropriate teaching that engages your children on their level. BLAST Zone begins and ends with the Pinellas County school year. We have clubs from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm every Wednesday. Free bus or van transportation is available if you will contact the church office.

JUNIOR CHURCH
The children at Bible Baptist have the opportunity to enjoy a junior church service that is full of energy, enjoyment, and enthusiasm. Powerful truths from the Bible will be instilled in their hearts that will stick with them for the rest of their lives. They will memorize Scripture, participate in games, sing great dynamic songs, and make great friends.
With lessons and Bible stories designed for their specific age group, parents can rest assured that their children will come home with a better understanding of God and His great love for them!

KIDS SUMMER PROGRAM
3 Years – 6th Grade
Wednesdays @ 7pm
Remember when you were a kid counting down the days until summer? Every kid looks forward to the summer months and the fun and new opportunities that come with it. Summers at Bible Baptist are loaded with fun too!
During the summer months, we take a break from BLAST Zone to roll out the red carpet for summer program. Throughout the summer our children are engaged with a variety of fun songs, challenges, competition, and more exciting Bible stories.
Kids Summer Program runs during the summer months per the Pinellas County school calendar and begins Wednesdays at 7:00 PM. We welcome children beginning at age 3 through 6th grade.
